Online Shopping Cart
  • Browse through the site, look for the "Add to Cart" button for the items you want.
  • Use the "View Cart" button to review your order, adjust quantities, or delete items.
  • Place your order online using the secure server.
  • For offline ordering with credit card, complete and print the online form, then mail or fax your order and credit card information to 773-777-9957.
Telephone Orders (Paid by Credit Card Only)
  • Please call one of our sales representatives toll-free at 866-846-1444 to place telephone orders paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover).
Mail Orders
  • If you prefer to pay by check, complete and print the online order form, then mail your order and check.
Minimum Order Policy

A minimum order of $50 is required to purchase from Indoor Health and Comfort. Shipping is free and there is no sales tax (unless you live in IL).

Shipping

Minimum order requirement is $50, but shipping is still free! We reserve the right to exclude certain items from this policy.

The vast majority of orders will be shipped the next business day. In the few cases where this is not possible in stock orders will ship the second day after the order is received.

All orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside the continental U.S. at this time.


Payment

Orders paid by credit card ship immediately. Orders paid by check or money order are shipped upon receipt of funds so fastest service is provided when paying by credit card. Sorry, but in order to maintain our free freight program we cannot offer open accounts or accept C.O.D. orders.

Professional Carpet Cleaner Guarantee

All products sold by Indoor Health and Comfort, LLC (excluding special orders) come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, simply return them within 30 days and we will issue replacement product, a product credit or refund, whichever you prefer. However, in order to receive credit from our vendors we do need items returned within 30 days of purchase.

When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. New equipment should be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use. We regret that we are unable to accept equipment returns that are not in new condition and/or in the original packaging.

ALWAYS REFER TO PRODUCT LABELS, MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS, INSTRUCTION MANUALS AND CURRENT LITERATURE BEFORE USE. INDOOR HEALTH AND COMFORT, LLC MAKES NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY INDOOR HEALTH AND COMFORT, LLC AND EXCLUDED FROM ANY AGREEMENT MADE BY INDOOR HEALTH AND COMFORT, LLC, EXCEPT: The purchaser or user of a product from Indoor Health and Comfort, LLC agrees that, if the product proves to be defective or in any way unsuitable, Indoor Health and Comfort, LLC's limit of liability for all damages, included but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, and purchaser's and user's exclusive remedy, regardless of legal theory, shall be for purchaser or user to receive, at Indoor Health and Comfort, LLC's option, an equivalent quantity of replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.


Returns

If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, simply return them and we will issue replacement product, a product credit or refund, whichever you prefer.

Products must be returned within 30 (thirty) days of original invoice date. Equipment must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please call 866-846-1444 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please Note: Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of damage.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you ship return packages insured via UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs and for properly packing the return to insure the safe shipment of each item. Allow two weeks for processing.

All returns should be sent via insured carrier for the same amount as your original invoice. All returns, no matter which carrier you select, should require a signature upon delivery.
