Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders paid by credit card ship immediately. Orders paid by check or money order are shipped upon receipt of funds so fastest service is provided when paying by credit card. Sorry, but in order to maintain our free freight program we cannot offer open accounts or accept C.O.D. orders.
Back Orders
In the event that we are out of stock on an item you have ordered we will maintain a backorder and automatically ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Equipment Warranty
All equipment is sold with a factory warranty only. Should a problem arise, we ask that you return the defective part so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. To avoid delays and down time, we will ship and charge you for a replacement part. If the manufacturer determines that the part is under warranty we will credit the replacement part invoice. If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim we will inform you as to their decision and the reason why and will be happy to act as your advocate and appeal their decision if you wish.
